Pediatric Stroke Parent Support Group
Meetings
Our support group for parents of children that have survived a stroke is designed to meet regularly to address ongoing issues of patients and families facing this unique situation. The group also meets for other family activities to build relationships with others in this community. This program will have meetings that meet both in person and virtually.
These meetings are open to families of children of all ages and all types of stroke. Your child does not need to be seen at our stroke clinic to join the meetings.
Our social workers and pediatric stroke staff are on hand to provide support. Typically, we hold an informal presentation and allow the parents to socialize.
Next Meeting: Spring Education Event April 20, 2024 9am-1pm 
Please join us for our Annual Spring Education Event on April 20, 2024 from 9 am to 1 pm.
This half-day event is designed to allow our patients and families to connect and learn together. The event will include breakfast and lunch, a panel discussion, a speaker presentation, and childcare is provided.
Please RSVP by March 19, 2024 to strokesupport@ucdenver.edu.
